The product range in the online store is regularly updated due to the nature of our business. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information; however, minor deviations in price, description, availability or colour shade may occur.

Sustainable production

Fashion by Ana Bandel (FAB) operates on a sustainable, made-to-order (on-demand) production model. Most items are not produced in stock but are created upon order or as part of pre-order campaigns.

Once a sufficient number of orders is collected (no later than within 7 days), production begins. Manufacturing usually takes approximately 7 days, after which the item is carefully prepared and shipped.

This approach reduces excess stock, ensures responsible use of materials, and allows you to co-create the collection with us.

 

Delivery timeframes

  • In-stock items: dispatched within 2–3 working days

  • Made-to-order / pre-order items: production and dispatch within approximately 14 days from order placement

 

Important order notice

By placing an order, you confirm your understanding that this is a sustainable production model where availability, delivery times and colour shades may slightly differ from the presentation on the website.

Each FAB piece is created with conscious choice, quality and longevity in mind.

PAYMENT METHODS

Bank Transfer (Pro Forma Invoice)

If you select bank transfer, you will receive an order confirmation email with all required payment details (amount, order number, bank details).

Please use reference model 00 and your order number.

Your order will be processed once payment has been received.

 

PayPal

PayPal allows secure and fast online payment using your email address and password.

If the payment fails, you will be notified within PayPal. For assistance, please contact PayPal support directly.

SHIPPING, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Shipping and Costs

All orders are delivered by a contracted courier partner. We currently ship within Slovenia and across the EU.

Shipping costs:

  • Slovenia: EUR 5.00

  • EU: EUR 20.00

Estimated delivery dates are indicative and shown during checkout.

 

Delivery timeframes

Delivery times begin once the order is confirmed and payment received:

  • Slovenia: 3–15 working days

  • EU: 7–30 working days

Weekends and public holidays are excluded.

 

In-stock items: delivery time is calculated from the date of dispatch.
Pre-order (on demand) items: delivery time begins once the item has been produced and dispatched. The estimated production timeline will be communicated in your order confirmation or in subsequent communication.

If, due to product customisation or other exceptional circumstances, the delivery timeframe is extended, we will inform you accordingly. In such cases, the item will be dispatched no later than 30 days from order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

 

Delivery details and receipt of shipment

Please verify your billing and delivery details carefully when placing your order. Changes or redirection of shipments after order placement are generally not possible.

For security reasons, a signature is required upon delivery. Delivery is not restricted to a specific person, therefore any individual present at the delivery address may accept the parcel.

If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery or notify you of alternative collection options in accordance with their procedures. If delivery cannot be completed and the parcel is not collected within the specified timeframe, it may be returned to the sender.

Delivery address limitations: for security reasons, we do not guarantee delivery to PO boxes or similar locations (e.g. hotels, apartments, tourist accommodation, transport agencies, logistics platforms, etc.).

 

Partial shipments

For orders containing multiple items, we reserve the right to dispatch items separately if they are not ready at the same time. Partial shipments are carried out at no additional cost to the customer.

 

Exchanges 

If you are not satisfied with the item or size, we offer an exchange within 7 working days of receiving your order, provided that the item is:

  • unused, unwashed and undamaged

  • in its original packaging

  • with original tags attached

  • accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase

The cost of returning the item and re-shipping the replacement is borne by the customer, unless the exchange is due to an error on the part of the seller (e.g. incorrect item, size or quantity).

  • your order number

  • the item you wish to exchange

  • the reason for exchange (e.g. size)

  • the requested replacement item or size (if available)

 

After receiving your message, we will provide further return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm that it meets the exchange conditions, we will dispatch the replacement item as soon as possible, subject to availability.

If the requested replacement item is not available, we will inform you and agree on alternative options.

 

Right to Cancel 

A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without stating a reason.

The withdrawal may be exercised by initiating the return process on our website or by sending an unambiguous statement of withdrawal to ab.anabandel@gmail.com. The notice is considered valid if sent within the prescribed period.

The customer must return the goods no later than 14 days from the date on which the seller was informed of the withdrawal. The goods must be returned unused, undamaged and in unchanged quantity. Cash-on-delivery returns will not be accepted.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

The seller will refund all payments received no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice, however the refund may be withheld until the returned goods are received or proof of return shipment is provided (whichever occurs first).

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise by the customer.

Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal data collected at the time of placing an order is processed exclusively for the purpose of order fulfilment, delivery, handling of complaints, and compliance with legal obligations, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the applicable legislation of the Republic of Slovenia.

Personal data is shared with contractual data processors (e.g. the e-commerce platform, payment providers, delivery services) only to the extent necessary for the provision of the service.

1. GENERAL

 

These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the online store www.anabandel.si, the rights and obligations of the provider and customers, as well as the conditions of purchase, delivery, returns, complaints and personal data protection.

By using the website or placing an order, the user agrees to these General Terms and Conditions. The customer may complete a purchase either by registering a user account or as a guest (“buy now”).

3. PRICES AND TAXES

 

All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and exclude VAT in accordance with Article 94 of the Slovenian VAT Act (ZDDV-1).

Prices apply exclusively to purchases made in the online store and may differ from prices in the studio or at events.

The provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, unless otherwise stated (promotions, discounts).


 

4. PURCHASE PROCESS

 

The purchase process consists of:

  1. selecting the product and its characteristics (size, colour, etc.),

  2. adding the product to the shopping cart,

  3. reviewing the cart,

  4. selecting delivery and payment method,

  5. confirming the order.

 

By confirming the order, the customer confirms the accuracy of the provided data and agrees to these Terms and Conditions. After submitting the order, the customer receives an order confirmation via email.

 

5. PAYMENT METHODS

 

The customer may choose between the following payment methods:

 

  • bank transfer (pro forma invoice / offline payment),

  • PayPal.

 

The order is considered confirmed upon receipt of payment (for bank transfer) or upon successful completion of payment.

 

6. DELIVERY

 

6.1 Delivery Area

We deliver within Slovenia and across the EU. Delivery is carried out by a contracted delivery partner.

6.2 Delivery Costs

  • Slovenia: EUR 5.00

  • EU: EUR 20.00

 

6.3 Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are indicative:

7. EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

 

7.1 Exchange of Goods (Business Policy)

We offer exchanges within 7 working days of receipt of the shipment.

Conditions:

  • the item is unused, unwashed and undamaged

  • in original packaging with tags

  • accompanied by an invoice or proof of purchase

 

Exchange procedure:

  1. Contact us at ab.anabandel@gmail.com with your order number and requested replacement item.

  2. You will receive return instructions.

  3. Send the item back to the provider’s address.

  4. After inspection, we will dispatch the replacement item subject to availability.

 

Return and re-delivery costs are borne by the customer, unless the exchange is due to a provider error.

7.2 Withdrawal from the Contract (Statutory Right)

 

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without stating a reason.

Withdrawal must be communicated in writing to ab.anabandel@gmail.com.

The goods must be returned no later than 14 days after notification of withdrawal.

Return costs are borne by the customer. Cash-on-delivery returns will not be accepted.

7.3 Refunds

 

Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

7.4 Complaints – Non-Conformity of Goods

 

If the product does not conform to the contract, the customer may file a complaint in accordance with applicable legislation.

Complaints must be submitted to ab.anabandel@gmail.com together with a description of the defect, proof of purchase and, where appropriate, photographs.

Valid claims will be resolved in accordance with consumer protection law.

 

8. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)

 

Personal data is processed exclusively for:

  • order fulfilment and delivery

  • compliance with legal obligations

  • communication with the customer

  • marketing based on consent

The website uses essential cookies required for functionality and additional cookies (analytics, advertising) only based on user consent.

  • performance of a contract (GDPR 6(1)(b)): order processing, delivery, communication regarding the order, handling complaints/withdrawals

  • legitimate interest (GDPR 6(1)(f)): ensuring website security, preventing misuse and fraud, basic operational analytics (where permitted)

  • consent (GDPR 6(1)(a)): e.g. newsletters, remarketing cookies, optional analytics where consent is required

Personal data may be shared with contractual partners (processors) only to the extent necessary to provide services, for example:
